Presa di goa is located away from the noisy traffic along Goa_s northern beaches and entertainment centers, yet within a five minute drive from the Calangute or Baga beaches, this unique Country House is located in a very traditional residential area, under Coconut trees, surrounded by lush greenery and private gardens, close to endless rice paddies, where farmers and villagers go about their daily lives.
Perfectly blending into the scenery, Presa di Goa provides for ultimate health and holiday destination.

A Typical day  is normally as follows (subject to change)

• 7.15 am - Pick up from resort to Saligao centre
• 7.30 am to 9.00 am - Ashtanga Yoga, pranayama, meditation
• 9.00 am to 10.00 am - Breakfast
• 10.00 am - Consultation Schedule is displayed on the Notice Board (optional)
• 10.30 am to 1.00 pm - Ayurvedic treatments and therapies for 2 and half hours as prescribed by the physician
• 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm - Lunch
• 2.30 pm - Drop back to the resort

This Tariff Includes:

• Transport to and fro from the Airport (Dabolim, Goa)
• Transport to and fro from the Resort to the Ayurvedic Centre Saligao
• Accommodation for the entire treatment period
• Yogaasanas, Pranayama & Meditation every morning
• Vegetarian Meals (non- vegetarian only if permitted by the doctor, diet regulation as specified by the doctor, according to the ailment)
• Daily visit of the physician
• Ayurvedic treatment and therapies for 2 and half hours everyday as prescribed by the physician as per the ailment
• Medication during the stay period
• Health Profile & Body Constitution
• Panchakarma advised by the physician
• Cab facility for drop to the beaches in north Goa
• Sightseeing in Goa depending upon the health condition of the patient.

Please note: Itineraries of the typical day at the Ayurvedic centre Saligao will commence at 11.00 am and 3.00 pm subject to convenience of the client and the availability of the physician and the therapist.
Depending on the Schedule only two or one meal is inclusive in tariff. The rest is offered subject to conditions and in exceptional cases of health consideration.
The tariff cannot be split for individual itenaries and it is a complete package tariff.
The tariff cannot be compared as of the room tariff as of the date.

General Information

• The destination airport in Goa is Dabolim International Airport.
• The driving distance from the airport to the centre is approx 40 min.
• The driver will be at the airport on the specified date and time (day/ night) for the pick up.
• The driver will hold the flag card of ANHC and displaying the name of the guest.
• At the International airport in Delhi or Bombay there are Airport cabs to drive you from the International Airport to the Domestic Airport. Avail the facility inspite of hiring a cab from outside.

• Discrepancy in Electricity, Water, Internet is beyond the control of ANHC.
